Choose from an array of delicately crafted fairy tale-like pendants and receive a complimentary chain. The pendant's are crafted from 925 sterling silver and features a beautiful little rose gold vermeil or silver heart inside. The chain is 42cm in length. A mother's heart will always beat for two and this heart within a heart captures that perfectly.
