Silver Tree Jewellery is a multi-award winning family-run jewellery store in the heart of Lancaster City Centre and has been established in the City since 1982.
As a Customer Advisor excellent customer service and communication skills are needed. You must maintain cleaning standards and take pride in your appearance. There is no jewellery experience needed as you will be given training in store as well as product specific training by industry professionals. Customer service and/or a previous sales role is required. Within this role you will also be given the opportunity to work towards a higher position within the company.

Silver Tree Jewellery is open Monday-Saturday 9am until 5pm and Sunday 11-3; applicants will need to be available between these times and weekend work is mandatory.
We are a small and friendly family-run team and the two Managing Directors, Hannah and Oliver Gibson, work closely within the business. We are passionate about providing affordable luxury jewellery and gifts with excellent Customer Service in Lancaster.
