April’s birthstone is the diamond, so it seems timely that a brand new diamond room is opening in Lancaster this month. Housed in Silver Tree Jewellery “The Diamond Room” features stunning collections of engagement rings, wedding bands, eternity rings and diamond set jewellery, and will give customers a unique setting in which to choose their extra special purchase.
Silver Tree Jewelley, is a family run business, renowned for our expertise and luxury branded jewellery. Already the go-to place for gifts and watches by many lead designers including Thomas Sabo, Swarovski, Michael Kors and Vivienne Westwood, we have been welcoming customers since the store's conception in 1982.
Keen to introduce our exceptional level of customer service to the wedding jewellery world, the new room is the idea of Managing Director, Oliver Gibson and Sales Director, Hannah Riding.
Oliver said “We have always shown diamond and wedding jewellery, but our new Diamond Room will offer our customers a more sophisticated selection of precious jewellery within a friendly atmosphere. We wanted to give our customers somewhere special, where they can relax and take their time choosing, what is essentially, a forever piece. After a welcoming drink from the champagne bar, we’ll talk them through the different golds, collections, shapes and cuts of the diamonds. Our vision is to be a bride’s or groom’s ultimate jewellery store”.
And it’s a realistic expectation. Silver Tree Jewellery have already been awarded with the titles of Branded Jewellery Retailer of the Year and Inspiring Independent Retailer of the Year and we have an unrivalled level of customer service. Our diamonds are GSI graded, meaning that they are near colourless and come with a graded certificate upon request.
Our main wedding jewellery supplier is Brown & Newirth, who are proud to offer their designs in Fairtrade Gold. All of the diamonds in the Diamond Room also conform to the Kimberly Process, guaranteeing that they are only sourced from conflict-free zones.
Oliver continued “We have some stunning rings under £2,000 available with interest free finance. For something totally unique, we can craft a bespoke ring which can be done through CAD designs from our jeweller and can even be printed in 3D with silver samples”.
After the initial engagement ring purchase, the team in store at Silver Tree can help with the choice of either a plain or diamond set wedding band that can be designed to fit around your engagement ring. As a thank you, customers will be offered 10% off their matching wedding ring.
We also showcase a fantastic collection of bridal jewellery from designers such as Swarovski, Clogau Gold and Jersey Pearl.
